JLL NZ collaborated with Ocean Swim Series to become one of its main sponsors as a strategy to improve client relationship and increase brand awareness.
Encourage JLL NZ clients to sign-up in our landing page and participate in the Ocean Swim Series event .
The Sharepoint has limited capabilities in customising the landing page due to template and access limitations. For instance, it restricts creating of online forms and customising of layouts, and it only supports desktop and smartphone views.
I designed a professional and fun looking event landing page, added a clear call-to-action, a prominent and easy to sign-up form, event schedules with countdown timer, event locations and event photo gallery from previous year.
I adapted my custom website design and development approach on what is available in Sharepoint by utilising the available templates, the edit snippet component and iframe to display the online form. Since the CMS doesn’t support responsive website, I built and break the site structure and contents into two pieces in order to support desktop and smartphone views.
Increased user sign up around 50%, beating their last year’s event metrics by designing and developing the Ocean Swim landing page using HML, CSS, jQuery and Sharepoint.
